EMERSON -- Kate McCarthy Emerson, a girl, was born in the Menorah Medical Center, Overland Park, Kan., on Monday, July 30, 2007, at 9:03 a.m. to parents Andrew and Kristen Emerson of Overland Park. She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 20 inches at birth. Kate joins her two older sisters, Adaleigh and Ella. Maternal grandparents are Charles and Jan Moeller of Kansas City, Mo., and Tim and Anne Emerson of Fort Scott.
