MELGAZO -- Vincent Reinhart Ynot Melgazo, a boy, was born at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott on Friday, July 20, 2007 at 9:01 a.m. to parents Victor C. Melgazo Jr. and Theresa Antoinette Ynot Melgazo of Girard, Kan. He weighed 6 pounds and 1 ounce at birth. Maternal grandparents are Ruben and Norma Ynot of Cebu City, Philippines. Paternal grandparents the late Victor Melgazo Sr., and Mercedes Cosares Melgazo of Leyte, Philippines.
