Jocelyn Marie Fess

FESS -- Jocelyn Marie Fess, a girl, was born at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 to parents Greg and Carie Fess of Arcadia. She weighs 7 pounds and 8 ounces at birth. She joins two brothers, Conner and Gibson Fess. Maternal grandparents are Roy and Anne Dare, Hesston and paternal grandmother Cathy Savage of Fort Scott.
