Police report

* Miller, Reality Dawn, 28, 1915 Huntington, Lot 29B, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott police at 6:51 p.m. Friday for domestic battery and was released at 1:10 p.m. Saturday on a $500 bond. The victim of the battery was 38-year old Tommy Tucker, the police report said.

* Shadden, Ronnie Lee, 31, 1007 E. Center, Arma, was arrested by Fort Scott police at 12:24 a.m. Saturday for driving with a suspended license, and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released at 1:05 a.m. Saturday on a $1,500 bond.

* Cruce, Gregory Lance, 49, 524 S. Jackson Ave., Joplin, Mo., was arrested by Fort Scott police at 1:38 p.m. Saturday for battery and a Bourbon County warrant for a worthless check. He was released at 1 a.m. Sunday on a $500 surety bond and a $254 cash bond.

* Seek, James Daniel, 20, 806 Shepherd St., Apt. 2, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott police at 5:07 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct and was released at 7:36 p.m. Saturday on a $250 bond.

* Cruce, Christine Yvonne, 43, 524 Jackson, Joplin, Mo., was arrested by Fort Scott police at 1:35 p.m. Saturday for domestic battery, and was released at 8:20 p.m. Saturday on a $500 bond.

* Dugan, Jennifer Reneigh, 24, 405 S. Broadway, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott police at 1:31 p.m. Saturday for battery and was released at 4:31 p.m. Saturday on a $500 bond.

* Seinfert, Kyle Jason, 24, 1740 S. Crawford St., Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott police at 2:50 a.m. Saturday for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was released at 5:25 a.m. Saturday on a $500 bond.

* Raciti, Thomas Keith, 40, 215 S. Crawford, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott police at 2:42 a.m. Saturday for driving under the influence of alcohol and was released at 5:13 a.m. Saturday on a $500 bond.

* Villalpando, Mario, 49, 402 Jefferson, Bronson, was arrested by Bronson police at 11:15 p.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct and was released at 7:49 a.m. Monday for time served.

* Brenda Denby, 1214 S. Judson, Fort Scott, reported shortly after 1 p.m. Friday that a sticker was either lost or stolen from a 2008 vehicle, the police report said.

* Fort Scott Police responded to a burglary just after 10:30 p.m. Friday at 1111 S. National Ave. The victim, Jennifer Pritchard, reported that a green bungee cord had been destroyed, and that a valve cover for a 350 motor, valued at about $400, had been stolen from her porch, the report said.

* Fort Scott Police received a report of criminal damage to property at 11:45 a.m. Saturday at 121 S. Margrave St. The victim, Staci Atkins, reported that vandals had used spray paint on a garage behind the house, officials said. No further details on the incident were available.

* Fort Scott Police received a report of a gas drive-off shortly after 1 p.m. Sunday at Pump 'n Pete's convenience store, 1910 S. Main St. The report said that the driver of an unknown vehicle, after pumping about 12 gallons of gasoline valued at $38, drove off without paying for the gas.

Sheriff's report

* Pulliam, Frank Douglas, 40, 334 W. Cedar, Fulton, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Department at 5:50 p.m. Friday on a municipal warrant for Fulton, Kansas, and was released at 6:55 Friday on a $145 cash bond.

KHP

* Peterson, Samuel Michael, 28, 1705 N. Locust St., Pittsburg, was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol at 1:22 p.m. Sunday for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no liability insurance coverage, expired tags and illegal registration. Peterson is still being held at this time.

* Buller, David Leroy, 54, Route 1, Milo, Mo., was arrested by KHP at 8:52 a.m. Saturday on two Jasper County, Mo., warrants for non-support of a child and is still being held at this time.
