Overton - Gier

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Overton, Meeker, Colo., and Mr. and Mrs. Roger Gier, Uniontown, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Jamie Lynn Overton and Joshua Edwin Gier.

Jamie is a 2003 graduate of Meeker High School, and a 2007 graduate of Heartland Baptist Bible College, Oklahoma City, with a bachelor's degree in christian education, majoring in church education and missions.

Joshua is a 2002 graduate of Uniontown High School, and a 2006 graduate of Pittsburg State University with a bachelor of science degree in secondary mathematics education. He is currently a student at Heartland Baptist Bible College majoring in youth ministries.

The couple will be married at Faith Baptist Church in Meeker, Colo. on Saturday, July 7, at 1:43 p.m.

Family and friends are invited to attend a reception in honor of the couple on Saturday, July 14 from 2-4 p.m. at the Xenia Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
