Donald is survived by two daughters, Dawn Schlessman of Wheaton, Missouri, and LaDon Byrd of Ebro, Florida; two sons, Kenneth "Rusty" Endicott of Liberal, Missouri, and Stephen Marksbury of Kansas City; a sister, Bessie Caldwell of Miami, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife Georgia, he was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Mable Wiggans, Lucille Dawson, Donna McReynolds, and Beulah Mayberry; and a brother, Martin Endicott.
Funeral services for Donald will be 10 a.m. Wednesday May 23, 200,7 at the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 22, 2007, from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to either Mercy Health Center or Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center and left in care of the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home, 15 W. Wall Street, P.O. Box 309, Fort Scott, KS, 66701.
