* Bourbon County Deputy Sheriffs took a report from Jeff Caldwell who said his silver 1997 Chevrolet truck was stolen sometime between 8 p. m. Sunday to 8 a. m. Monday. The truck was locked and the keys were not inside. The truck has license plate of XML 894. If anyone has information on the whereabouts of the truck, contact Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at (620) 223- 1440.

* Caylor, Marion J., 56, 1087 Highway 56, Mapleton, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. Sunday by deputy sheriffs for criminal damage to property and released Sunday on $500 bond.

* Willard, Angela L.,19, 2527 Limestone Road, Fort Scott, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Saturday by Fort Scott Police for purchasing/ consuming alcohol by a minor and released Saturday on $250 cash bond.

* Boonthawesab, Victor, 21, 101 1/ 2 S. Andrick St., Fort Scott, was arrested at 1: 02 a.m.Saturday by FSPD for furnishing alcohol to a minor and released Saturday on $500 bond. * Sisney, Matthew R., 19, 101 1/2 S. Andrick St., Fort Scott, was arrested at 1:02 a.m. Saturday by FSPD for purchasing or consuming alcohol by a minor and released Saturday on $500 bond.

* Maloun, Mitchell L., 18, 1808 S. Eddy St., Fort Scott,was arrested at Saturday by FSPD for purchasing/consuming alcohol by a minor and released Saturday on $250 bond.

* Holderfield, Christopher J., 27, 109 N. Barbee St., Fort Scott, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. Saturday by FSPD for driving with suspended license, no liability insurance coverage, expired tags, illegal registration and released Saturday on $1,250 bond. * Hayes,Gregory O., 22, 714 S. Main St., Fort Scott, was sentenced to the Southeast Kansas Regional Correctional Center by the Bourbon County District Court.

* Pinkerton, Danny E., 24, 516 S. Andrick St., Fort Scott, was sentenced to the Southeast Kansas Regional Correctional Center by the Bourbon County District Court.

* Trotnic, Tory F., 20, 1201 E. 20th St., Mulberry St., Fort Scott, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Sunday by FSPD on a Berry County, Mo., warrant for probation violation and is being held at SEKRCC.
