Mary Ellen Lundberg escaped serious injury on Feb. 9. She and her friend, Tommy Lou Cherry, were driving home from a trip to Pittsburg that evening, a deer ran into the pathway of the car. She hit the deer and a semi-truck following them, ran into the back of her car. It was demolished but she and Tommy Lou escaped with only bruises and stiffness. They are both glad their guardian angels were looking after them.
