Frank Leonard Fox, 42, a former resident of the Kansas City area, died Friday, Dec. 29, 2006, at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.

Funeral services for Frank Leonard Fox will be announced later by the Cheney Witt Memorial Chapel.
