BENNER -- Cavin Lee Benner, a boy, was born at 10:52 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 18, 2006, at Mercy Health Center, Fort Scott to parents Charles and Stephanie Benner, Fort Scott. He weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces at birth. He joins two siblings, Casey and Sarah. Maternal grandparents are Christy Phillips and William Phillips, both of Fort Scott and Chuck Nelson, Girard. Paternal grandparents are Marie Arnold and Charlie Benner, Sr., both of Pittsburg.
