Kyra Lenee Royal-Bey

Kyra Lenee Royal-Bey, a daughter, was born to Tamara Renee and Leslie Terrell Royal-Bey of Fort Scott, at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, 2005, at Mercy Health Center. She weighed 5 pounds, 14 ounces. She joins siblings Devyn, Jadyn, and Pamels. Maternal grandparents are Dan Neff and the late Pam Neff of Mound City. Paternal grandparents are Terrell Lee Royal, Debbie Royal, and Pamela Watson, all of Olathe.
