How do I send a letter to the editor?You can send a letter to our editor, Robin Hixson, by using the online form, by e-mail at rhixson@fstribune.com, or by postal mail at 12 E. Wall. All letters must contain a phone number. In addition, most stories on the Web site contain a "Send Editor Comment" button that allows you to respond to a particular story.

Can I order a copy of a photograph I saw online or in print?

How do I submit an obituary notice?
Contact the funeral home in charge of the funeral and have them send us the information by fax to (620) 223-1469. We do not accept obituaries by e-mail because verifying factual data is difficult. Contact Robin Hixson, Fort Scott Tribune editor, at (620) 223-1460 if you have further questions.

When is content updated online?
News and information are added to fstribune.com online throughout the day. Most stories that appear in the current day's newspaper are uploaded by 1 p.m. each afternoon. Breaking news appears as it is reported, and Associated Press stories are updated real time.

Can we view archived stories?
Many stories can be viewed using the online search tool found on the top of the online fstribune.com navigation bar. Questions about earler news stories should be addressed to the newspaper's editor, Robin Hixson. Click here to submit a research request or call Robin at (620) 223-1460.

How do I submit a social item, such as a wedding announcement?
To submit an announcement, visit the Obituaries/Records page and click on the appropriate link to submit a birth, wedding, engagement and anniversary announcement.

When will my delivery begin?The lead time to start delivery on new orders begins the same day or the next day after we receive the subscription order request.

What are the delivery times?
For most people, The Fort Scott Tribune will be delivered before 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and before 10 a.m. on Sunday. Mail delivery goes out the same day at publication, so delivery time may vary on location. The eTribune is updated daily by 1 p.m.

What if home delivery is not available in my area?
There may be areas where home delivery service is not available at this time. In that instance, we offer home delivery by mail so you can still receive local news through The Fort Scott Tribune.
