A few hours later my human's roommate was back from Columbus with a brown and white puppy.

She brought her home and the next thing I knew, I had a sister!

Or is it step-sister? You know, since I have one human and now the roommate belonged to this pup. I wondered if the pup was old enough to have the responsibility of having a human, but I'd been able to handle her pretty well. And I needed a break from taking care of two humans, so whatever this sister could help with was going to be appreciated.

The pup told me that in the old apartment where she lived, they were calling her "Daisy Sue" or something like that but she wasn't fond of the name. I also knew my human's roommate wasn't especially fond of it, so I figured it was going to change pretty soon.

Well, the new sis can sometimes be kind of a aggressive pup. She just walks up and starts chewing on my dog tags! I'm not going to have any of that! And I let her know it.

You've probably noticed the picture my human took. The pup is supposed to be a Boglen Terrier, a mix of Beagle and Boston Terrier. I don't know, I don't see much Boston Terrier, do you?

Well, anyway, I guess my human's roommate noticed that sometimes the pup would just come right up to me and darn near tackle me because she wants to play so badly!

I guess that inspired her human to give her this name:

Calamity Jane.

Trust me, it's appropriate. We all all her "C.J."

I took my human to his hometown for the holidays. We were gone a little over two weeks. And when we came back, C.J. was as big as I am!

She's only six months old. If she grows any more, she'll be able to play basketball!

And if she keeps playing aggressive, I think I'm in trouble.

Anyone got any advice?
